This client came to us after trying to set up their specified bookings and plans. Shannah worked with the client on some troubleshooting that had shut down her bookings app due to a set up failure prior to working with her. Rather than many service types we condensed it to 1 service with a reoccurring schedule, attached to various packages. We set up the bookings cart to allow for multiple items in 1 check out, a members log in so their clients could access and manage their plans and bookings. Shannah noted some design improvements in their menu and updated that as well as some additional booking settings that were found to benefit the client's overall workflow. Joanne our client is VERY happy with the outcome and learning how to set up future classes and schedules.
